Bent Tree on the Parkway is a 47,000 square-foot two-story Class A office building located at 17230 Dallas Parkway, Dallas, Texas, between Trinity Mills & Keller Springs Road. According to a press release, an important aspect of the building was the ability to offer smaller organizations the opportunity to occupy the entire space, encouraging collaboration and providing a sense of community.
“Far North Dallas has a high demand for premium office space, and this building offers a highly sought-after, contemporary space for companies to flourish,” said Rhett Miller, vice president of Stream’s Dallas office division said in a statement. “Optimally positioned to provide access to the most active areas of DFW, the property is sure to attract a variety of tenants.”
Owner SHB Development sought to provide tenants with office space in close proximity to Love Field, DFW, and Addison airports, as well as access to various nearby restaurants and retail facilities such as Village on the Parkway, Restaurant Row, Prestonwood Town Center, Galleria Dallas, Addison Circle, and Vitruvian Park.
