Bob Moore Construction Company was general contractor for the 12-screen Cinemark movie theater in Mansfield, Texas.
The 42,265 square-foot theater features a large concession area and seating for 2,010 patrons. The exterior features a dramatic full-height stone veneer, the first time this finish has ever been used on a Cinemark theater. All 12 screens employ top quality Christie projectors, wall-to-wall screens, Dolby digital sound and the most modern version of stadium seating on the market.
The new Cinemark 12 is the company’s 18th theater in Dallas / Fort Worth. The theater is located in Mansfield Town Center West, a 39 acre retail and office complex. Bob Moore Construction was general contractor for Town Center West’s site preparation. (Click here for more information on Mansfield Town Center West.)
To accommodate Cinemark’s desire to have the theater ready for the summer’s blockbuster movies, Bob Moore Construction completed this construction project almost two weeks ahead of the original schedule. This project was one of the fastest theaters Cinemark has ever built, and the amount of time from when the tilt-up construction panels were stood to the project’s completion was shorter than any other theater in the company’s history.
This project received the Best Of Award from Texas Construction Magazine for Sports / Entertainment Facility Construction.
