The project is anticipated to generate an estimated $100 million in capital improvements and $80-90 million in annual sales, creating hundreds of new jobs and substantial tax revenue for the City of Haltom City. H-Mart Plaza is poised to become a regional shopping destination, attracting visitors from a wide area.
To align with leasing activity and market demand, H-Mart Plaza will be strategically constructed in phases. Through this phased approach, the owner will be able to open key components as they are ready while continuing to grow and adapt to the needs of the community.
