I-20 Logistics Park is a state-of-the-art, Class A Industrial facility designed by GSR Andrade to cater to the growing demand for efficient and modern logistics solutions. The project is a joint venture between Archway Properties, a Houston-based company, and Ares Management, formerly known as Black Creek Group, based in Denver. Bob Moore Construction has been chosen as the builder for this ambitious project.
Phase I of the I-20 Logistics Park saw the construction of a 1,013,075 square-foot speculative industrial building, that will be occupied by a single tenant.
