Bob Moore Construction built the original tortilla manufacturing facility for Leo’s Foods and returned to double the facility’s capacity three years later. In 2020, over 20 years after the building’s expansion, the new owner Shearer’s Foods asked Bob Moore Construction to return to the facility to oversee the construction of a mezzanine and additional TI work.
The warehouse and office building required special plant floor drainage systems, high ceilings and 20,000 SF of built-in refrigerator and freezer space. As general contractor for this project, Bob Moore Construction built this facility to tight Health Department and USFDA specifications.
