Bob Moore Construction has been selected by Core5 Industrial Partners as the General Contractor on Perimeter Park, a 297,628 sqft two-building industrial complex in Dallas, Texas on I-635 between Shiloh Road & Ferguson Road.

Liam Logan, Director of Investments for Core5 Industrial Partners, said “The buildings awarded to Bob Moore are the first two of three buildings included in Core5’s new Perimeter Park development located off I-635 in the Garland submarket. The first two buildings in the project will be state-of-the-art, Class-A buildings featuring 32-foot clear height and front-load configuration.”
Perimeter Park, designed by Macgregor Associates Architects, is slated to break ground in Q1 2022.
