This state-of-the-art facility encompasses over 850,000 square feet across two buildings, strategically located within the Mercantile Business Park in Fort Worth, Texas. The buildings, one spanning 391,228 square feet and the other 459,805 square feet, offer flexible space configurations, advanced infrastructure, and energy-efficient systems, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and sustainability.
Our role in the Mercantile Logistics Station project involved overseeing all aspects of construction, from initial site preparation to final inspections. Collaborating closely with Velocis and KBC Advisors, we ensured that the project adhered to strict quality standards and timelines.
