Site Safety Manager – DFW

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Site Safety Manager to lead and reinforce safety across our active construction projects. In this role, you’ll work directly with field leadership, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and OSHA regulations. You’ll play a key role in promoting a proactive safety culture through jobsite inspections, training, documentation, and field engagement. What You’ll Do

  • Collect and review subcontractor safety documentation
  • Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections, audits, and
  • Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and weekly safety meetings
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
  • Work closely with Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure safe sequencing and execution of work activities
  • Maintain safety logs, orientation records, inspection reports, and other documentation
  • Coordinate with field teams on SWPPP compliance and general environmental safety requirements
  • Monitor and enforce proper PPE usage, fall protection, excavation safety, housekeeping, and overall jobsite safety standards

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of construction safety experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred
  • OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety certifications preferred
  • Experience conducting jobsite inspections, orientations, and incident investigations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with field personnel and subcontractors
  • Ability to identify hazards proactively and implement corrective actions
  • Experience with safety reporting and documentation software

Senior Project Manager – DFW


About the Role

We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our most important construction projects from award through closeout. In this role, you’ll set the standard for project execution—mentoring Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, owning client relationships, managing subcontractor performance, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. If you’re an experienced leader who builds strong teams and delivers consistently, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead OAC meetings and resolve complex subcontractor issues to keep projects on track
  • Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, supporting their growth and development
  • Manage project buyout immediately upon award, securing all subcontractors and suppliers
  • Own client relationships and actively support business development efforts
  • Develop milestone schedules and coordinate permits, SWPPP, and geotechnical reports
  • Drive value engineering decisions that optimize cost and efficiency
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure subcontractor compliance documentation is current

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in ground-up construction
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science/Management/Engineering is highly preferred, though not required.
  • Proven experience as a project manager in the construction industry
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Ability to lead and coordinate a team effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
