Construction Administrator – DFW
About the Role
We’re hiring a Construction Administrator to serve as the backbone of our construction projects, keeping daily operations running smoothly and communication flowing across teams. In this role, you’ll manage subcontracts and project setup in Autodesk, support billing and payment processes, and keep our office and project documentation organized. What You’ll Do
- Set up and manage projects, subcontracts, and budgets in Autodesk, including processing changes
- Upload and maintain project plans in Procore for easy team access
- Manage check releases, owner billings, and subcontractor payments in GCPay
- Track supplier waivers, owner contracts, and other AIA documents
- Support project close-out activities, including compiling warranty documentation
- Maintain project documentation and manual filing systems
- Provide front-office support as needed, including answering calls and greeting guests
What You’ll Bring
- Prior office management or administrative experience, preferably in construction or a related industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with clerical tasks such as proofreading, data entry, filing, and calendar management
- Familiarity with Autodesk, Procore, GCPay, or similar construction software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to jump in and help wherever needed

Assistant Project Manager – DFW
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team and help drive the success of our construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. In this role, you’ll work alongside our Senior and Project Managers to keep projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly. What You’ll Do
- Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and punch lists
- Support the development of milestone schedules and track project progress
- Coordinate permits, SWPPP information, and initial geotechnical reports
- Contribute to value engineering efforts that optimize cost and quality
- Assist with safety inspections and ensure subcontractor compliance documentation is current
- Maintain clear communication between the field, design team, and ownership
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in construction or a related role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science/Management/Engineering is highly preferred,
- Basic understanding of construction processes, project sequencing, and documentation
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work alongside project teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced project environment
