The Grand at StoneCreek is a seven-building, multifamily complex located at the StoneCreek Crossing shopping center in San Marcos, Texas. Designed by HEDK Architects and developed by CLX Ventures, this Class-B garden-style apartment community offers 267 units spanning over 215,800 square-feet.  

As Bob Moore Construction’s second project with CLX Ventures and HEDK Architects, The Grand at StoneCreek builds on the successful collaboration established during the construction of The Grand on Beach.  

Modeled architecturally after The Grand on Beach, The Grand at StoneCreek integrates functionality and aesthetic appeal. The three-story buildings feature modern amenities and spacious layouts. 

Located on a 12.57-acre site near StoneCreek Crossing, the complex offers convenient access to shopping, dining, and transportation routes, making it an attractive option for residents in the rapidly growing San Marcos area. Completed in March 2021, The Grand at StoneCreek is a testament to Bob Moore Construction’s ability to deliver high-quality multifamily projects that align with client goals and community needs.
