Bob Moore Construction was the general contractor for Xebec Development’s Distribution Centers on Eight-Twenty Blvd. in Fort Worth, Texas.
The two distribution centers, referred to as Building Three and Building Four, add 91,738 SF and 102,807 SF respectively to Xebec’s available warehouse space in Fort Worth’s Railhead industrial area.
Building Three has 24 loading bays, a 24′ clear span and four entrances. Building Four has 13 loading bays, two 12′ x 14′ “drive-in” overhead doors, a 30′ clear span and two entrances. The interiors are not finished, but each building provides multiple locations for office spaces. Each building includes a fire protection system.
The Eight-Twenty Distribution Centers were built with tilt-up construction. On the exterior, the buildings feature a two-toned paint scheme with beveled patterns. The facilities are safeguarded with a 10′ high, keypad-controlled security gate. To the end of Building Three, a 113′ wide detention pond was created for stormwater run-off.
