Each of the three buildings delivers 420,000 SF of quality warehouse and distribution space. Built with tilt-up construction, the buildings feature alternating heights of tilt-wall panels, covered in two shades of tan and dark brown accent lines, and laced with an intricate pattern of reveals to maximize its visual impact. Two-foot aluminum canopies cover man doors along all four sides and 118 nine-foot x ten-foot loading docks span the east and west sides.
Designed for multiple tenants, each building has four extended panel entrances with decorative reveals and medium and dark brown coating. The entrances are clad in stone with framed steel canopies. Decorative grey feature walls accent the corner entrances.
The Bardin Road Distribution Centers project included extensive paving for a large truck court between the two buildings and truck lanes around the perimeter. A large retention pond was built at the south end of the project.
In 2019 Bob Moore Construction was asked to return to Bardin Road to build a third building at the site, which was completed in early 2020. Tenants of the three facilities include; Rent the Runway, Automann, Turn14 Distribution, Goffa International, and others.
