Colorado Lane is a two story 15,000 square-foot corporate office building designed by RGA Architects with Bob Moore Construction serving as Design-Build contractor.
The facility incorporates modern architectural design with a masterful blend of industrial and lodge-style finishings and decor. Stone and wood accents, along with warm earth-tones, feature throughout the interior of the building. Built with tilt-up construction, the exterior of the building is finished in a blend of brick and stone masonry. Pre-fabricated aluminum canopies cover the large picture frame windows while a steel and wood truss awning drapes the store-front entrance.
A two-story lobby is finished with stone and cedar accents with dual antler chandeliers. The interior features an upper and lower waiting areas, large break room, and open & private office environments.
