Gary Havener selected Bob Moore Construction for his latest development; Saginaw DC Industrial Park, a two-building speculative complex.

The two-building Saginaw DC Industrial Park, located on Cook Lane in Saginaw, totals over 120,000 sqft, including over 109,000 sqft of speculative space and nearly 11,000 sqft of HQ-Style office space. Construction is expected to be completed by Q1 2020.
