DHL Northlake Logistics Hub is a master-planned, 3.3-million-square-foot industrial park of five Class A buildings on Harmonson Road in Northlake, within the Alliance corridor of north Fort Worth. DHL Supply Chain’s Real Estate Solutions group developed the campus to extend the company’s DFW campus strategy, where neighboring facilities share labor, equipment, freight consolidation, and overflow space. The site is two miles from I-35W and four miles from SH-114. Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport is eight miles away and the BNSF intermodal facility nine miles. The campus is built in two phases. Phase I, completed in fall 2026, includes Building 3 and Building 4:
- Building 3 is a 368,280-square-foot front-load facility with 36′ clear height, 61 dock doors and 2 ramp doors
- Building 4 is a 1,114,760-square-foot cross-dock facility with 40′ clear height, 193 dock doors and ±5,015 square feet of office.
Phase II, set to begin in Q4 2026, will add Buildings 1, 2, & 5, totaling roughly 1.76 million square feet..
The campus was planned around significant existing infrastructure. High-pressure natural gas lines and their easements cross the property, and an active gas well site sits beside Building 4. Large grade changes across the site required substantial cut and fill, retaining walls and box culvert drainage. Building layouts, truck courts and the realigned McPherson Road were all arranged around these constraints. As a result, the property supports bulk distribution at full scale, with trailer and auto parking throughout the campus.
