Preston Grove at Frisco is a three-building Class A spec industrial development totaling 266,747 square feet at the southwest corner of Preston Road and Corinth Lane in Frisco. With direct frontage along Preston Road and immediate access to several highways, the project was developed to support high-throughput logistics operations within one of North Texas’s fastest-growing submarkets.

  • Building 1 100,988 square feet
  • Building 2 73,598 square feet
  • Building 3 92,161 square feet

Anchoring the north side of the property is a landscaped amphitheater—a 0.34-acre oval green ringed by a concrete walking path and terraced seating set into the grade, centered on a sculptural, gently curved shade trellis spanning roughly 41 feet, and completed with a commissioned art sculpture, giving on-site employees a genuine outdoor amenity while reinforcing the park-like character throughout the development.

That same intent carries to the buildings themselves, each constructed of tilt-wall concrete yet carrying an extraordinary amount of glass—not only at the storefront entries but wrapping three sides of every building with continuous ribbons of spandrel-panel glazing and floor-to-ceiling vision glass, creating a striking, light-filled presence on all exposures set against natural stone accents and warm-toned finishes that elevates the tenant experience well beyond a standard warehouse.
